By using the Tchalam app or website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Tchalam.
1. Publisher
Tchalam is published by Ermano Nicolas Joseph, Port-au-Prince, Haïti. Contact: support@tchalam.com.
2. The service
Tchalam is a free information tool: lottery results, statistics, Tchala (traditional correspondences between dreams, words and numbers), tracked numbers and notifications.
3. Minimum age
Tchalam is for people aged 18 or over. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18.
4. No gambling
Tchalam runs no games, sells no tickets, takes no bets and pays out no winnings. Tchalam is not affiliated with any lottery, borlette or gaming operator. Lottery names and logos belong to their owners and are only used to identify results.
If you play, do so responsibly and in line with the law of your country.
5. Accuracy
We do our best to publish accurate, up-to-date results, but they are provided for information only and may contain errors or delays. Only each lottery's official sources are authoritative: check them before any decision.
Statistics, suggested numbers and Tchala are provided for entertainment. They predict nothing and do not increase your chances of winning.
6. Your account
An anonymous account is created automatically. You can link it to Google or Apple to get your data back on another device. You are responsible for access to your device and account.
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Me tab). Details are in the privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Tchalam for illegal purposes.
- Do not try to disrupt, bypass or overload the service, or to access other users' data.
- Do not automatically extract content (bots, scraping) without our written consent.
- Do not post illegal or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights, in dreams or feedback.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the dreams and feedback you enter. You only grant us the right to process them to provide the service (for example, interpreting a dream). Feedback may be used, without your name, to improve Tchalam.
9. Advertising
Tchalam is funded by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties (Google AdMob); we are not responsible for their content or the sites they lead to.
10. Intellectual property
The app, the website, their design, their texts and the Tchalam name are protected. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission, except as the law allows.
11. Liability
Tchalam is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses, including financial losses, arising from the use of published information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country grants you and that cannot be waived.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or delete an account that does not follow these terms, and change or stop all or part of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Haiti. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Port-au-Prince, unless the law of your country of residence gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your local courts or protections that cannot be set aside.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use Tchalam after a change means you accept the new version.
