You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time, from the app or by email.
1. From the app (fastest)
- Open Tchalam and go to the Me tab.
- In the "Secure my account" section, tap "Delete account & data" (or "Delete my data" if your account is not linked).
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated right away and the app starts fresh.
2. By email
Write to support@tchalam.com from the email address of your linked Google or Apple account, with the subject "Account deletion". We handle the request within 30 days and confirm it to you.
An anonymous (unlinked) account has no email address attached: to delete it, use the app on that phone.
3. What is deleted
Your profile (preferences, favorite lotteries, settings), your dreams, your tracked numbers, your notification token and your sign-in account. Deletion becomes permanent 30 days after the request; until then, an account linked to Google or Apple can be restored by signing in again.
4. What is kept
- Aggregate, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
- Your feedback, without any personal data (rating, app version, platform, language).
- A technical deletion log for 1 year, for security and as proof of deletion.
